Loader: Hydraulic pump was flow and pressure tested. Due to excessive internal bypassing, the pump needed a complete overhaul. |
| Concrete Line Truck: Troubleshoot hydraulic system with gauges hooked up in rexroth’s diagnostic ports. One of the pumps had been the wrong rotation. Warrantee from factory. |
Heavy Equipment Boom Truck: Loss of power and speed. After evaluating the problems, we found that the hydraulic system had been incorrectly adjusted. With the aid of a flow meter and strategically placed gauges we dialed the hydraulic system to run at full capacity. No disassembly was needed. |
| Fuel Truck: External leakage problems. The static fuel hose and dispenser were replaced as a result. Additional maintenance consisted of rotary swivels, hatch gaskets and oring seals were also replaced. |
Roadway Surface Grinding Vehicle: Vehicle malfunction required the testing of the hydraulic system. Testing indicated the hydraulic pumps required repair. After the hydraulic pumps were brought up to manufacturing specs, it was determined that the 2 speed hydraulic motors had to be repaired and re-plumbed for proper operation. |
| Hydraulic Powered Cable Trailer: Existing flow control valves were bypassing internally. The units were replaced with more efficient valves, this increasing productivity and reducing heat and energy loss. |
Water Truck: Extensive troubleshooting showed numerous problems. The load sense circuit was not plumbed correctly. Moreover, the compensator and flow controls were incorrectly adjusted. The PLC and solenoid valve had inadequate voltage settings. All of the problems were addressed and repaired correctly. |
| Military Tank Retriever Truck: The hydraulics cylinders on the rear 15-ton knuckle boom were bleeding down inspite of integral lock valves. Upon disassembly we found the pistons had came off the end of the rod. With in-house machining and honing, the cylinder was repaired and tested. |
